Welcome to my 7th Challenge. Thank you Arlee Bird! I know a certain Brit with a certain dog, who's a modest internet star, who thinks we are all crazy for doing this. So I'm doing something off the wall and a bit different just to put a smile on his face (and yours too I hope) and her muzzle if they so happen to stop by.
It's all about the A to Z of:
Shakespearean Insults
Today's insult: Thou art a FEN sucked thief.
AND
Surrealist Compliments!
Today's compliment: The tiny sounds of ancient trees resound forth from the FORESTED coercions between your toes.
Fen doesn't sound insulting enough :) Love 'forested coercions'.
ReplyDeleteI need to look up what fen means.
ReplyDeleteHi Bish .. great phrases ... am loving these ... such a clever idea for a theme .. cheers Hilary
ReplyDeleteWhat is a fen? It sounds bad.
ReplyDeleteWhat is a fen? It sounds bad.
ReplyDeleteI like the compliment. It sounds kind of nice, I think :)

Fen... a bog, swamp. So something smelly, think rotten eggs. In this day and age it would be called a wetland!
ReplyDeleteHi, Bish,
ReplyDeleteFun theme! Thanks for the smile....
Ha! That compliment sounds painful.
ReplyDeleteThat insult sounds horrible. Mind you so does the compliment.
ReplyDeleteKeith's Ramblings : My short story has 3 obscure F's
Oh, that compliment made me laugh out loud!

I once lived near the Fens in England, some of the marshes could suck you in. Seems a good idea for Shakespeare quotes on the day a first folio edition of some of his work has been found in a Scottish library.
ReplyDeleteLove your theme Bish!
ReplyDeleteNow that's some toe jam? LOL
ReplyDeleteLove this!
Fen, huh? I'm from Massachusetts, where the Boston Red Sox played in Fenway Park. Never thought of fen as an insult. :)
ReplyDeleteA coercion between my toes? I'm not too sure about that. I'm almost thinking a fen sucked thief might be easier to endure. :-])
ReplyDeleteThe coercion between my toes reminds me of a song that is more an insult. In fact anything between my toes just sort of grosses me out, sorry.
