Welcome to my 7th Challenge. Thank you Arlee Bird! I know a certain Brit with a certain dog, who's a modest internet star, who thinks we are all crazy for doing this. So I'm doing something off the wall and a bit different just to put a smile on his face (and yours too I hope) and her muzzle if they so happen to stop by.
It's all about the A to Z of:
Shakespearean Insults
Today's insult: Thou art a GOATISH fool-born harpy.
AND
Surrealist Compliments!
Today's compliment: GARBAGE bins would be seventh with envy to hold your face under a stone.
Cute idea.
ReplyDeleteI see you're hard at it again this season.
I'm hard "at it" with domestic chores. LOL
That compliment could also be a great insult.
ReplyDeleteThat is a super cool way to rock the challenge!
ReplyDeleteBest wishes,
Nilanjana.

Now with these two, it's hard to say which one is the insult. I'm not sure I want to be in same sentence as "garbage bin." Bring more on! Love 'em.
ReplyDeleteHarpy would have been a good insult for tomorrow!
ReplyDeleteI know I don't want to be included with the garbage, although I need to take it out many times. Thanks for the interesting post.
ReplyDeleteI would stumble over the garbage compliment too but I know who goatish would just fit.
ReplyDeleteWhat a clever theme! Very unusual...and fun!

It sounds like the person giving the insult is uncomfortable around happy people.
ReplyDeleteHmm, I'm not sure how well someone would take a compliment that includes "garbage bins." :)
ReplyDeleteNot sure I could use either of those well! :)
ReplyDeleteExcellent insults! That certain Brit and I are in the same camp, but my dogs are not modest internet superstars.
ReplyDeleteLove,
Janie
Never in a million years would I think garbage and compliment would ever go together. LOL!
ReplyDeleteI love how most of the surrealist compliments also sound like insults :)
