Welcome to my 7th Challenge. Thank you Arlee Bird! I know a certain Brit with a certain dog, who's a modest internet star, who thinks we are all crazy for doing this. So I'm doing something off the wall and a bit different just to put a smile on his face (and yours too I hope) and her muzzle if they so happen to stop by.
It's all about the A to Z of:
Shakespearean Insults
Today's insult: Thou art an UNKIND fox and an UNNECESSARY tomb.
AND
Surrealist Compliments!
Today's compliment: I crave the UBIQUITOUS curdles of your lasting tamales.
that makes sense, the ubiquitous
ReplyDeleteHi Bish - so good once again .. but the ubiquitous 'grave your curdles of your lasting tamales' ... is a great concept .. and the 'grave' works ... cheers Hilary
ReplyDeleteOkay, an unkind fox I can live with, but an unnecessary tomb? Now that's going too far! :)

Great insults and so cool you did this with Shakespear's 400 year birthday.
ReplyDeleteMean and useless - that's an insult all right.
ReplyDeleteAn unkind fox...I'm stealing that one!
ReplyDeleteUnkind fox I can live with; I guess a tomb is unnecessary in these days of cremation.
ReplyDeleteGreat quotes. The unnecessary tomb part made me giggle.
ReplyDeleteHot Tamales?
ReplyDeleteOne thing about his insults and compliments is that you have to think about what he means. An unnecessary tomb brought me up short until I had a moment to get at its meaning.
ReplyDeleteThe compliment is perfect! The insult, too kind! LOL
ReplyDeleteAn unnecessary tomb?! Is that like a waste of DNA? :-)
ReplyDeleteUnnecessary tomb certainly sounds like an intellectual insult--it may take days for some coworkers to get a comment like that. Unkind fox sounds clear enough, to even those who don't read much. :-)
ReplyDeleteSo would a kind fox be a compliment??
ReplyDelete"Lasting tamales." I like the sound of that.
ReplyDeleteBut maybe I should be offended by that "fox" crack...
humph! who knew Shakespeare can be that rude!
