Rockin' the Alphabet with Kelly Polark

Today I'm playing band manager to celebrate the release of Kelly Polark's ABC's of rock 'n' roll picture book, ROCKABET: CLASSIC EDITION.

She asked: If I could choose any band members from any bands to form the best band ever, who would they be?

This was really hard. And I mean REALLY hard. How does a person choose? There are so many great people out there. So many possibilities. Maybe it's a cop-out, but I chose a group that really did exist and added a one other to make it my Dream Team.


Band Name: The Travelling Willburys.

First Gig: My back yard.

Lead vocals: George Harrison, Bob Dylan, Tom Petty, Roy Orbison, Jeff Lynn

Lead guitarist: George mostly, but the rest of them can play too. (Aren't I generous?)

Bass guitarist: Jeff Lynne

Drums: Jim Keltner

Keyboards:  Diana Krall (Gotta have a lady in here somewhere!)
