Welcome to my 7th Challenge. Thank you Arlee Bird! I know a certain Brit with a certain dog, who's a modest internet star, who thinks we are all crazy for doing this. So I'm doing something off the wall and a bit different just to put a smile on his face (and yours too I hope) and her muzzle if they so happen to stop by.
It's all about the A to Z of:
Shakespearean Insults
Today's insult: Thou art a QUIVERING knot-pated vassel.
AND
Surrealist Compliments!
Today's compliment: Rearing a QUAFFED monk, you stun me by employing eight windows when the priest is but iodine.
I resemble that insult. LOL For some reason today I am all quivery and tied in knots. Truly! Stress, I guess. :)
ReplyDeleteNever heard of quaffed. Must look that up. Super Q words, Bish.
ReplyDeleteThat insult takes some deciphering, doesn't it?
ReplyDeleteHi Bish - getting my tongue round some of these is just so much fun ... cheers Hilary
ReplyDeleteWow. I admire the person who could actually speak that insult!
ReplyDeleteVery strange compliment, indeed!
ReplyDeleteI'm going to use that insult! I love it.
ReplyDeleteKeith's Ramblings
I'm not entirely sure about that compliment. I may need to quaff and reconsider.
ReplyDeleteWell I've re-read that compliment over and over and I still can't get to grips with it! Great insult though.

LOL - I need to look up quaffed.
ReplyDeleteI always though quaffed meant drank fast… Interesting.
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, how did I miss this? Now I have to go back and read all of them. Excellent choice!
