It used to come in large round "cakes." The owner of the small grocery store was really good at judging the size of a wedge if you wanted say, a quarter or half pound of cheese. <BR/><BR/>Angela, the Johnny cakes Miss Meada made are the ones by which all others are judged. Of course none have ever quite so good.
